Acceptance
By accessing or using Lightning Research services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
Service Description
Lightning Research provides a device fingerprinting and intelligence platform, including APIs, SDKs, dashboards, and analytics. Services are provided "as is" and subject to the availability and limitations of your subscription plan.
User Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You agree not to share API keys or attempt to circumvent usage limits. You may not use the Services to violate any applicable law, collect data without proper legal basis, or reverse-engineer our algorithms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lightning Research shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time with 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
