Questions about pricing
A monthly active user is a distinct device or account you check in a calendar month.
If you grow past your plan's monthly active users, we talk to you before anything changes. Nothing is billed automatically. Each plan also has daily limits on API requests and on new devices, counted per UTC day. Each identification counts as one request, and each address looked up on the IP data API as one. Over a limit, every call to the API for your account is refused with HTTP 429 until midnight UTC: new sessions, verdict fetches, IP data lookups and your dashboard. To upgrade while your account is over a limit, email sales@lightningresearch.ai.
