One identification is a successful server-side evaluation that returns a stable visitor or device result for your account—typically one call to the identify endpoint per visitor session you choose to fingerprint. Batch or retry traffic that does not produce a billable result may be excluded; see the docs for edge cases.
We show usage in the dashboard and email you as you approach your monthly allowance. You can enable pay-as-you-go overages, upgrade to a higher tier, or—on Enterprise—set a hard cap. Requests may be throttled only if you opt into strict limits or your account is in arrears.
Yes. You can move between Free and Pro in self-serve when billing is enabled; changes apply on your next invoice with fair proration. Enterprise moves are coordinated with your account team so migrations stay predictable.
Pro includes 20% off when billed annually versus month-to-month. Enterprise annual and multi-year commits can include additional discounts tied to volume and term.
